Instructions:
- Add spinach, frozen banana, mango, almond milk, and protein powder to a high-speed blender.

- 2 cups kale, chopped

Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss sweet potato cubes and chickpeas with olive oil, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Roast for 25 minutes until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through.
- Meanwhile, cook quinoa in vegetable broth according to package directions (usually 15 minutes).
- Massage kale with a bit of olive oil and lemon juice to soften.
- Make tahini dressing by whisking tahini, lemon juice, and water until smooth.
- Assemble bowls with quinoa, roasted vegetables, chickpeas, kale, and avocado. Drizzle with tahini dressing.

3. Lemon Herb Grilled Salmon

- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- Place salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour half the marinade over them. Let sit for 10 minutes.
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
- Toss asparagus with remaining marinade.
- Grill salmon skin-side down for 5-6 minutes, then flip and cook for another 4-5 minutes until cooked through.
- Grill asparagus alongside salmon for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Serve with fresh lemon wedges and enjoy!

- Stir well to ensure everything is mixed thoroughly.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).
- In the morning, give it a good stir. Add more milk if you prefer a thinner consistency.
- Top with fresh berries, extra almond butter, nuts, or your favorite toppings.
- Enjoy cold or heat in the microwave for 1-2 minutes for a warm breakfast.

Instructions:
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger to make the sauce.
- Heat 1 tbsp coconut oil in a large wok or skillet over high heat.
- Add chicken and stir-fry for 5-6 minutes until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- Add remaining coconut oil to the wok. Add all vegetables and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Return chicken to the wok, pour sauce over everything, and toss to combine.
- Cook for another 1-2 minutes until everything is heated through and coated in sauce.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions. Serve over brown rice or cauliflower rice.
