How does Sonya select the supplements on this site?

As a Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS), I evaluate supplements through a clinical lens — looking at bioavailability, third-party testing, ingredient quality, and alignment with what the research actually shows. I don't recommend products based on marketing claims. Products are reviewed for ingredient quality, available research, labeling transparency, known safety considerations, and third-party certifications where available. Inclusion does not guarantee that a product is appropriate for every person.

Are your supplements third-party tested?

We prioritize brands that use third-party testing (NSF, USP, Informed Sport, or similar). Product pages note testing certifications where available. When in doubt, check the brand's website for their Certificate of Analysis (COA).

Which supplement is right for me?

Are your products suitable for vegans?

Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery time varies by product, fulfillment partner, and destination; estimated shipping information appears at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to select countries. Shipping availability and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Can I track my order?

Yes — once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can use it to monitor your shipment in real time.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us at support@nutritionadvice.org within 48 hours with photos of the issue. We'll make it right promptly.


Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in their original, unopened condition. To initiate a return, contact us with your order number and reason for return. Opened supplements cannot be returned for safety reasons.

How long do refunds take?

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Lab literacy means understanding what your results may indicate in the context of reference ranges, trends, symptoms, medical history, and your healthcare provider's assessment. Most standard lab reports don't explain what the numbers mean in context. Sonya's books and guides are designed to bridge that gap.
