Fresh Cheddar cheese in its natural, random shape and form before being processed into blocks and aged. Curds have a mild taste with a slightly rubbery texture and should squeak when eaten.

Fried, melted on top of fries and gravy for the famous 'Poutine' dish or just plain, these cheese curds will be a favorite!

2 weeks (Fresh Curds Refrigerated) to 180 days (Gas Flushed Frozen)

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not ship over the weekend. Most orders placed Thursday-Sunday will ship the following Monday, unless Saturday delivery is available in your area. We will notify you with a tracking number once your package ships.
