How to make our in-house French-style drinking chocolate (8 fl oz):

1. Heat 7 fl oz whole milk until simmering.

2. Add 4 tbsp (1.5 oz) drinking chocolate + optional pinch of sea salt.

3. Whisk until smooth and glossy.

4. Serve with fresh whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
